Frequently Asked Questions

Through a composite scoring matrix based on Day 2 & 3 performance across four dimensions: Technical skill (ball control, passing, shooting), Tactical awareness (positioning, decision-making), Physical capabilities (speed, endurance, strength), and Mental toughness (focus, resilience, adaptability). Players scoring above 85% qualify for the Professional Track.
The Development Track is a pay-to-play experience requiring full investment from the player. However, players who excel during the program may become eligible for future scholarships or be reconsidered for the Professional Track based on exceptional performance and coach recommendations.
For Professional Track players, we advance all costs except flights. These advanced costs are recovered interest-free from your contract earnings once you sign professionally. You pay nothing upfront—deductions begin only after you're earning a professional salary. The exact percentage is outlined in your placement agreement before you depart.
Evaluations take place at professional training facilities in North Carolina. Players travel from Central Florida to our designated venue for the 3-day program. Accommodation and meals are provided as part of your selected track package.
Full training gear (boots, guards, training kit), personal identification, and any medical documentation. We provide all testing equipment, training facilities, and evaluation materials. Come prepared to perform at your highest level.
